Digital Print Artwork Specifications

Artwork and file types

Please provide a CMYK 'press ready' PDF at page size plus 3mm bleed and crop marks.

We accept all main graphic industry file types and Microsoft Word and Publisher but recommend use of PDF or EPS (with fonts included).

Please do not impose any artwork.

Non PDF files may incur a handling charge of £20.00. You will be advised of any additional charges prior to print should this be the case. Please contact us if you need any assistance.

Sending files & proofs

Artwork can be emailed to studio@digitalprintbureau.co.uk or you may contact us for a folder on our FTP system which accommodates larger files or non PDF transfers. Once we have received your file we will process non PDF files to PDF and email you a PDF digital proof. You can opt to receive a printed digital proof if required. Please note: you will have to make this selection during the estimating process!

To be successful in the digital print market you need to be experienced in both press and pre-press technology. We can create artwork or run files supplied in MAC and PC Format, allowing you the fastest possible turnarounds available.
